Using some of the highest quality coffees this rich coffee blend packs a cheeky punch.  A slightly citrus aroma sets the scene courtesy of its’ Colombian component.  Tasting notes are of cocoa and a dark caramel, with a tea-like finish. To complete its profile comes a complex acidity and rich body.
North Ridge works well as a pour over or espresso.  Adding too much milk can overwhelm the flavours.  However, a little or drunk as a Cortado will bring an almost smooth butterscotch quality
